Dance Camp East Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing tickets to Dance Camp East, you are agreeing to the terms outlined herein. These terms apply to all attendees and are binding upon ticket purchase.

2. Ticket Availability & Pricing

Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. All listed ticket prices include applicable taxes and fees. The festival reserves the right to change ticket prices and availability without notice.

3. Refund Policy

• Ticket holders may cancel their tickets and request a full refund up to one month before the festival start date (unless a ticket is purchased using a discount code that has not been explicitly authorised by us personally).

• Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

4. Event Cancellation

The festival organizers reserve the right to cancel the event at any time and for any reason without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, ticket purchasers will receive a full refund. Refund requests due to festival cancellation will be honored if made within the specified time frame.

5. Liability

The festival organizers shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or property damage occurring at or as a result of the festival. Attendees assume all risks associated with attendance.

6. Transferability of Tickets

Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly authorized by the festival organizers. Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets may result in their cancellation without refund.

7. Photography & Media Consent

By attending Dance Camp East, you consent to photography, video recording, and other media capturing during the event. These may be used by Dance Camp East for promotional purposes without compensation or further approval. If you do not wish to be included in any media, please contact us before the festival or inform the media team on-site.

8. Children & Minors

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of minors in their care.

9. Health & Safety

• All attendees are expected to follow health and safety guidelines as outlined by the event organizers or local authorities.

• If an attendee feels unwell or displays symptoms of illness prior to the festival, they are encouraged to stay home for the safety of others.

10. Prohibited Items

Attendees may not bring prohibited items to the festival, including but not limited to weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, and any other items deemed unsafe by the organizers. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

11. Force Majeure

The organizers shall not be held responsible for any cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

12. Code of Conduct

• All attendees are expected to treat each other, staff, and the environment with respect.

• Dance Camp East reserves the right to remove attendees for violating the code of conduct or engaging in behavior that disrupts the event, without refund.

13. Sustainability Commitment

As part of our eco-conscious ethos, we encourage attendees to minimize waste, recycle, and use reusable items wherever possible. Please respect the festival grounds by disposing of trash in designated bins.

14. Terms Changes

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. The latest version will always be posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms prior to attending the festival.
